National Disability Insurance Scheme NDIS

We are able to support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.

 

A standard 50 minute therapy session is charged at $232.99 per session for NDIS participants as per the NDIS Price Guidelines. Telehealth appointments are available when required.

 

Additional Fees​

  • Travel fees apply for nature-based appointments, depending on distance from West End, 4101, in accordance with NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Charges are based on travel time and distance in 10 minute increments, as outlined by the NDIS.

  • Formal assessment incurs additional costs (e.g. questionnaire proformer, scoring, interpretation, reporting and recommendations)

  • Liaison with professional support team, reports and letters are charged at an hourly rate, and quotes are provided in advance.
